1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled when you use the website astelit.online and the contact form on it. It applies to both the English and the Russian versions of the site.
The site has no user accounts and no registration: there is no login, no profile and no personal area. The only place where a visitor can voluntarily provide personal data is the contact form.
2. Operator
The operator is Samusenko Dmitrii Sergeevich, sole proprietor (Individualny Predprinimatel), an individual entrepreneur registered in the Russian Federation (INN 614029489987, OGRNIP 325930100027732), address 20 Rechnaya St., apt. 48, Donetsk, 283005, Donetsk People's Republic, Russia.
For any matter concerning personal data you can write to 0xaletic@astelit.online. The operator's full details are published on the separate Operator Information page.
3. What data is collected
The contact form contains three fields: name, e-mail address and message. Only the information you choose to enter in those fields is relevant to this Policy.
The form is not yet connected to a backend: it does not transmit anything to any server, and nothing is stored when the button is pressed. The description below applies to the form as intended once submission is connected.
No telephone number, SMS or push notifications are collected or used. No account or registration data is collected, because the site has no accounts.
- Name: what you choose to enter.
- E-mail address: what you choose to enter, used only to reply to you.
- Message: the text you choose to enter.
4. Purposes and lawful bases
Personal data is processed only to answer your enquiry, to take steps at your request before a possible contract, and to keep a record of business correspondence.
The lawful bases are: your consent; steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; compliance with the operator's legal obligations; and the operator's legitimate interests, to the extent permitted by law.
No marketing or advertising messages are sent on the basis of the contact form. Informational mailing is a separate, optional consent and is described in the Informational Mailing Consent document.
5. Categories of data
The following categories of personal data are processed: the name you provide, your e-mail address, and the content of your message.
Special categories of personal data and biometric data are not requested and are not deliberately collected. The operator does not process the personal data of persons under 18; such persons must obtain the permission of their legal representatives before sending any data. If the operator learns that data of a minor was received without such permission, the data will be deleted promptly.
6. Processing methods
Personal data may be collected, recorded, systematised, accumulated, stored, clarified (updated, changed), extracted, used, transferred (provided, made accessible) where required by law, depersonalised, blocked, deleted and destroyed, using automated and non-automated means.
Processing is limited to the purposes listed above and to the minimum amount of data necessary to achieve them.
7. Retention and destruction
Contact messages are stored for 12 months from the last interaction, after which they are deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required by law. Effective date: 2026-10-08, version 1.0.
When the purpose of processing is achieved, or another lawful ground arises, the person responsible for personal data processing ensures that the data is destroyed.
8. Cookies and browser storage
The site uses the next-themes library, which stores your colour-theme preference in your browser's localStorage. This is functional storage: it is needed for the site to remember your choice. It is not an advertising, analytics or tracking cookie.
The site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, or any third-party analytics systems: only functional local storage (localStorage) is used to remember the theme preference.
The separate Cookie Policy describes in detail what is stored in your browser and how to control it.
9. Third parties, hosting and disclosure
Personal data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
The operator is based in the Russian Federation, while site data is processed on servers located in the Republic of Belarus.
Data may be disclosed to courts, law-enforcement or other state bodies where the operator is required to do so by applicable law.
10. International transfer
The operator is registered in Russia and the data of this site is processed on servers located in the Republic of Belarus. This is a cross-border transfer of personal data from the Russian Federation to Belarus.
The site does not currently target residents of the European Union and there is no EU representative. If EU clients are served in the future, this Policy will be updated and an EU representative may be required. This is a forward-looking note, not a current claim.
11. Rights of the data subject
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data held about you.
- Rectification: ask for inaccurate or incomplete data to be corrected.
- Erasure: ask for your data to be deleted.
- Restriction: ask for processing to be limited.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format where applicable.
- Withdraw consent: withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Complaint: lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
- Requests and complaints are handled within no more than 10 (ten) working days from the date they are received by the operator. To exercise any of these rights, write to 0xaletic@astelit.online.
12. Withdrawal of consent
Consent to personal data processing may be withdrawn at any time by sending a written notice to 0xaletic@astelit.online. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. After withdrawal the operator stops processing and destroys the data, unless it is required to keep it by law.
13. Security
The contact form is not connected to a backend yet, so no production personal-data store exists at the time of writing.
The operator applies the principles of data minimisation and restricted access and takes the organisational and technical measures required by law to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or access. The concrete measures will be documented in this Policy before form submission is enabled.
14. Changes
This Policy may be updated. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page, unless the new version provides otherwise. Effective date: 2026-10-08, version 1.0. The current version is 1.0 dated 08.10.2026.
